What if there is poor cell service in my area?

The device will work anywhere it can connect to a cell network. If you are located in an area that experiences poor cellular connection, this may impact the ability to receive successful transactions. 

Our devices strictly rely on cellular connectivity; if there is no network available, the device will not default to Wi-Fi.
