Getting Started
Check your order as soon as you receive it to confirm all the parts you ordered have been included.
✅ All device terminals are programmed and ready to use once you receive them.
✅ We recommend testing your device terminal connectivity at the location of where you will be collecting at in advance.
Before You Collect
✅ If using a battery to power your device terminals, plug your battery into a power source the night prior to collecting.
✅ We recommend you plug your device terminal in up to 4 hours prior to using them to ensure the latest firmware is updated on your devices.
✅ Plug your device terminals into a standard wall outlet or fully charged battery and start collecting.
✅ Login to the tiptap dashboard to monitor your collections.
