# How can I order a device terminal?

Ordering a tiptap device terminal is a simple four-step process. You can click the "Order Here" button on our website to view and compare pricing, or head directly to our **[tiptap webstore](https://store.tiptappay.com/bundles/order)**:

1. **Select your Term**Choose your subscription commitment level (**Campaign**, **1 Year**, or **3 Years**). Note that devices are provided on a rental basis, at the end of your term, you can either renew your rental or return the hardware.
2. **Choose your Hardware Kit:** Pick the hardware configuration that best fits your setup. Options range from single-terminal solutions like the **Mini Kit** or **Medium Counter Kit** to multi-terminal setups like the **Floorstand** and **Large Counter** kits.
3. **Select a Plan**Choose the software and feature set for your organization: 
     - **Basic:** Includes essential tools such as cellular connectivity, real-time dashboard access, donor data capture, QR codes, an online giving page, and recurring payments.
     - **Plus:** Includes all Basic features plus CRM & API integrations, webhooks, SMS/email transaction confirmations, and 2 hours of annual fundraising support.
     - **Enterprise:** Tailored for multi-location organizations or custom requirements.
4. **Checkout**Review your order details, select your preferred payment schedule (monthly or full pay upfront), and complete your purchase.
