How do I return my hardware to tiptap?

Please keep all the hardware kits and accessories with you to reuse.

Please pack the device terminals only in a box and affix the return label on it. We send an electronic return label to you on the same day we ship your order. If you didn't receive this label, please contact us at support@tiptappay.com to get a new electronic return label.
