When a donor holds their mobile phone up to the device, a payment page will automatically appear on their phone, prompting them to make a donation.
Fixed Denomination Device
To donate, donors simply have to tap their card or mobile wallet on the device.
- Plug the device into a standard wall outlet or an external charged battery.
- Once a device is powered on, it will search for the closest cell tower in the area.
- The lights on the device will cycle as it looks for connectivity and will land on a single green light once ready to connect.
- The device beeps when someone taps it with their credit/debit card or mobile wallet.
- Donors pay the amount they see on the device.
