How do I issue a refund?

If someone has requested a refund, please obtain the last four digits of the card used, confirm when the transaction occurred, and on which card type (Visa, Mastercard etc), and visit the tiptap dashboard transactions tab to validate that the transaction was 'approved'. Once verified, you can issue the refund through your merchant account.
